Ragout school

February 2013 saw a series of three-hour master-classes in the Ragout culinary school in Moscow

Course program:

– Dessert with a restaurant serving: cheese cake, ice cream, verrin.

– French classics with an Eastern accent: Opera with Matcha tea,  Madeleines with Matcha tea and souffle with passion fruit and  mango sauce.

There were up to 15 people in a group, everyone of them were working.
